Mission Statement:
For all of us there are aspects of our experience that are just out of reach when we go about our daily lives. I hope to expand what my clients are aware of so they have more choices in their everyday life. I believe in supporting people to change their habitual ways of being in the world through awareness and experience. When I work with couples I believe that in spite of our best intentions we get into habitual ways of being in our important relationships that keep us from being able to get what we really need in those relationships. I help couples understand and change those cycles.
