PHILOSOPHY OF TREATMENT

As a psychologist, I have the privilege of guiding clients on their journeys of self-discovery and growth.  These paths are co-created by my clients and myself, and I travel different paths with different clients depending on their goals and needs.  On these journeys, I take all of the knowledge, skills, and artfulness that my training and experience have given me.   My goal is to create a safe place for people to explore, heal, and/or resolve issues that cause suffering.  Some journeys are short and some are long.  Some are painless and some are painful.  Regardless of the paths we take, the journeys and the relationships that get formed along the way are meaningful,  therapeutic, and memorable.
